[ARCHIVED] Roanoke County Social Services Wrapping Party

For the last few years, the Roanoke County Department of Social Services has teamed up with the Junior League of Roanoke Valley to wrap presents donated for Foster Children. The Department of Social Services says this partnership helps them out immensely this time of year and they look forward to the event each year.
