[ARCHIVED] Blue Envelope for Drivers with Autism

The Blue Envelope program is now law in Virginia. Drivers with autism can use the envelope during traffic stops to better inform interactions with public safety officials. Drivers with autism or their caregivers can pick up an envelope at any DMV service center.
