Community members joined together at the EnVision Center to celebrate the Roanoke Healthy Hearts Initiative and share success stories from recent efforts to improve community access.❤️Several areas of Northwest have been identified as having the highest rates of hypertension in Virginia, but community partners are making an impact with easier access to food, exercise and blood pressure monitoring.
