FEMA & VDEM Visit

On July 13, 2023 representatives from FEMA and the Virginia Department of Emergency Management were in Roanoke to host their annual  Virginia Peak Hurricane Season Briefing.  After holding this meeting Roanoke Emergency Management and Roanoke Stormwater took the FEMA and VDEM representatives on a tour of flood mitigation projects in Roanoke.
