RCPS Works was held on on April 20, 2023 at the Berglund Center and featured 80+ companies hiring for all different sorts of jobs. Students were able to visit and talk with a variety of employers as well as apply and interview on the spot if the company was interested in hiring them. Hear from Superintendent White and Jess Truax about how the job fair began as well as some input from a graduating senior about how valuable RCPS Works is.
