Spirits were made bright on one of the darkest days of the year, as the 6th annual Holiday Bike Lights Tour took place in the Grandin area of the City of Roanoke. This 6th annual event was organized by RIDE Solutions, Cardinal Bicycle and Pedal Safe ROA, bringing together hundreds of cyclists from our region for a pedal tour of holiday lights. #holidaylights #cycletour #bikeroanoke
