STAFF
Elaine A. Bays joined Roanoke Valley Television in 1994, and is the station’s Cable Access Director. Prior to coming to RVTV, she owned and operated an independent video production company. Elaine graduated from Bluefield College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management. She is a member of the Blue Ridge Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and enjoys acting in films and videos in her spare time.
